A lovely little starter I'll be making today, so please join me sassy foodies.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of whole button mushrooms
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp milk (optional)
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup oil
METHOD:
1. Rinse mushrooms and leave wet.
2. Roll the mushrooms in flour, egg and then milk wash.
3. Roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Lightly fry in oil until golden brown.
Now wasn't that easy my sassy foodies.
