Hello all my sassy foodies, so happy you can join me by making this sweet Valentines Day treat. Luckily for me I got this delicious sweet treat inspired by my favorite chef, Lorraine Pascale.
Oreo & white chocolate cake pops
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of Oreos
5 tbsp of Nutella
100g of white chocolate
12 cake pop sticks
Sprinkles and sparkles
METHOD:
1. Pop the oreos in a blender and blend into crumbs.
2. Add the nutella and blend until a paste is formed.
3. Take a small amount of paste and roll into a perfect ball.
4. Roll 12 perfect Oreo pops.
5. Pop them in the freezer for fifteen minutes. While in the freezer melt two squares of chocolate.
6. Take the pop sticks n dip the end into the chocolate which will secure the sticks in the pops like glue. Place in the freezer for another five minutes.
7. While in the freezer melt the rest of the chocolate.
8. Coat the cake pops in chocolate, do two layers for a really thick look.
For the final step decorate with sprinkles and sparkles.
