Healthy Snack Monday

Hello all my sassy foodies!

Trust you had a lovely Valentine's weekend.

We all know we over indulge on those days with lots of sweet treats and believe me the treats are endless on Valentine's day.

So today we only going to snack on healthy treats and drink lots of water infused with lemon and cucumber to get out of the sugar slump.

The only ingredients you will require is fruit, veggies and nuts.

See, I told you it is a no brainer and only require a little chopping.
